Toned legs+arms... HERE I COME!!!!
Just came back from exercising today. I jogged around 15 mins around Pasir Ris Secondary School which is equivalent to three rounds! Anybody have dumbells to spare? Does doing push-ups give you arm muscles or broaden your shoulders?
I had to exercise today because of the humongous amount of food I consumed yesterday. I had 2 breakfasts (almost had three) ytd and managed to restrain myself from eating the third one. Here's what I had...When I woke up at 7.30am, I had cornflakes. Then I went back to sleep until 9.30am. Then, SURPRISE! My mum bought nasi lemak on her way home from church. So I had to eat so as to prevent food wastage:)
Then I went to my grandfather's house. My grandfather bought a packet of bee hoon for us. I happily gave the packet to my mother as I thought of the dinner feast that we would be having latter. Have to reserve my stomach for something nice and expensive right?
So I had fish porridge for lunch and a bit of carrot cake. I pinched it from my mum.
Then we went to Phin's at tm in the night to have a belated celebration dinner for my bro who is in the ns now. I ordered Sambal sirloin steak (YUM!) and the waiter kept repeating our orders sooo loudly. Felt kinda embarassed lah.. Oh ya, and I had a humongous portion of steak too!
This afternoon, I mustered up the courage to weigh myself on the weighing scale. Despite all the pigging at home, I weighed 2kg less than before!!!!!! I was even tempted to forego today's run!!!! I had a pleasant surprise when the needle pointed to........ Nah... Shan't reveal too much... Looks like Xian owes me 70 CENTS for exercising weekly!!!! HAHA!!!!! Watch out for the NEW me when school reopens!
