Had a great seafood dinner with chilli crabs last night. Didn't do much shopping this time as we didin't really have a lot of time to spare. During the trip, I thought of what I can do for the remaining week, now that I feel like I'm suffering from post ocbc symptoms...hahaha...
1) Pack my room
2) Watch K-dramas :)
3) Lie in bed the whole day
4) Read for the whole day
5) Swimming (It's time to lose weight!)
6) Badminton too...
7) Meet up with friends?
Something extraordinary happened last night (sunday night). My old neighbour (old meaning childhood/10+ years ago neighbour) who moved out decided to drop us a visit. It was quite last minute (20 minutes maybe), so with whatever time we had, my mum and I were scrambling to tidy up the house! Haha... It was quite funny la, coz we were so cartoonish... Hahaha... When I was really really young, I had this neighbour whom I was very very close to. She's the same age as me and we played together often. My brothers and I would go to their house and we will talk and play and do all the silly things together. I attended the same kindergarten (and nursery?) with her and you can almost say that we were as close as sisters. Haha...
However, my neighbours moved to the opposite end of Singapore before I turned 7. We visited them occasionally, but as we grew older, the visits decreased exponentially. Hahaha!!! So we lost contact (the girl and I) but sometimes, when I think of the past, I will think of them (her). Meeting again today, it was kinda awkward as I/we didn't know what to say to each other after almost 10 years of not communicating! But I'm glad I got her number now but still, how and where do I start?
Sometimes, I wish that I have this special ability to connect with others and understand them better...
