The holidays are almost over and soon it would be back to quizzes, tests, lectures, tutorials, lab, reports, planning ahead etc etc. Aargh. Yet another endless cycle of work and deadlines beckon..

I slept for the whole morning, only to wake up for lunch, went back to sleep and woke up to do some differentiation. Before heading for the pool as today was a perfect day with perfect weather. That feeling came back again as soon as I hit the pool. Soaked in the cool and almost empty pool under the hot sunny weather, enjoying the adrenalin rush when I completed a lap. What was missing was a glass of ice lemon tea. It was good to be back after a 7 month hiatus. After the swim, I went for some chocolate chip ice cream. As I searched my wallet for a dollar, to my horror, I had 95 cents with me only. I was embarassed but the kind lady still sold me the ice cream anyway. I told myself that I had to come back again and buy the ice cream, at the same time returning the 5 cents that I owed her.

Arsenal looks powerful now that they are playing as a team without Henry. I am so eagerly anticipating tonight's match between man utd and chelsea. Hope they lose and the boss will feel pressured to get Mourhino back. Like that's going to happen. Casc Fabegras is so cute. I would have liked man utd if there wasn't rooney, (I like Fergie though, he's able to put aside his differences with Mourhino and still praise the man without sarcasm, he's impartial). Liverpool if there's no... Arsenal- Neutral. Which is the best choice at the moment. Hahaha. I'm borred.... I need something to keep me occupied. Books?

Your view on yourself:You are down-to-earth and people like you because you are so straightforward. You are an efficient problem solver because you will listen to both sides of an argument before making a decision that usually appeals to both parties.

The type of girlfriend/boyfriend you are looking for:You are a true romantic. When you are in love, you will do anything and everything to keep your love true.

Your readiness to commit to a relationship:You are ready to commit as soon as you meet the right person. And you believe you will pretty much know as soon as you might that person.

The seriousness of your love:You are very serious about relationships and aren't interested in wasting time with people you don't really like. If you meet the right person, you will fall deeply and beautifully in love.

Your views on education:You may not like to study but you have many practical ideas. You listen to your own instincts and tend to follow your heart, so you will probably end up with an unusual job.

The right job for you:You have plenty of dream jobs but have little chance of doing any of them if you don't focus on something in particular. You need to choose something and go for it to be happy and achieve success.

How do you view success:You are confident that you will be successful in your chosen career and nothing will stop you from trying.

What are you most afraid of:You are afraid of things that you cannot control. Sometimes you show your anger to cover up how you feel.

Who is your true self:You are mature, reasonable, honest and give good advice. People ask for your comments on all sorts of different issues. Sometimes you might find yourself in a dilemma when trapped with a problem, which your heart rather than your head needs to solve.

I think Chelsea is about to fall apart. The threat of an exodus of players with the likes of Drogba, Lampard, Cavalho etc etc is real as they are very close to Mourhino. From what I've read, I think the boss shouldn't mix friendship with business. Since he hired Mourhino (last time), he should have trusted him to make his own decision in football matters and not interfere so extensively. Haiz. Then this prolly won't happen. I feel sad for the coach. He did a great job in the club but left so unglamorously and ungraciously. He deserved more.

On a brighter note, the holidays are finally here! It's time to PARTY!

I have been busy for the past week. Studying for tests and so on and that's why I didn't go for the curl meeting and ice skating session. Tomorrow is the last day of school! Not for the year nor for the semester but for half of the semester. Yay. Time for movie watching, swimming etc etc.

I was shocked when I saw the headlines of the New Paper on the train home. Chelsea's manager has been sacked! I can't believe it! How can Jose Mourhino leave?! Didn't expect his departure from the club despite speculation about his future last season and his rocky relationship with the owner. Afterall, he's the chosen one.

I was a chelsea fan.

Cathay Cineplex

Went there with Badariah to watch Ratalouille. It was a great show. Before that, we ate at food republic and as usual, I ordered the black pepper chicken noodles. Yummy Yummy. It's been quite a while since I last had that. Physical and BioChem mid-terms are this week and I'm not prepared yet. Aargh, Physical chem is quite tuff and biochem well, I should not underestimate the test even though its mcq only (20% eh!!)

Bali Thai

Went to Bali Thai with my family to celebrate my birthday on Thurs. The food is quite good, very spicy. But I loved the kang kong belachan best. It was my first time there and I think the ambience is nicer after renovation.

Today didn't really feel any different from other normal days. The day came and went just like that. Thank you for all the birthday wishes and present. Just let me stay loyal to the bag that I've been using for the past 2 years k. then maybe I'll change it next week! Watched 881 with my mum today (finally!). But I didn't watch it from GV though. They didn't have any back-middle row seats despite me going early to queue for the tickets. But luckily CS Cineplex saved the day and I went from grumpy to grateful.

On my birthday..
I'm not going to do any homework.
I shall be myself

Tomorrow
I'm not going for ice skating for some physical reasons
I'm going to start studying for the mid terms
I'll stop worrying about some stuff that is beyond my control
To let nature take its course as only time will tell
Stop walloping in misery
I'm not going to tell anyone my age except to prospective employers.. psst. girls after 18 DUN reveal their age!
Start losing weight. Was shocked when I stood on the weighing scale yesterday. Stopped eating macs since last thurs!

I watched Evan Almighty on Saturday with my mother. We wanted to watch 881 at first but we didn't manage to get the tickets for it. I was quite annoyed at first and so we settled for Evan Almighty instead. I think GV is very inflexible. Their promotions and 'discounts' come with strings attached. To me, it feels like they try to attract more people to the cinema with all the 'goodies' that they offer and when I try to use the discounts, they say that it is not applicable for new movies and blah blah blah. It's so frustrating to go with a hopeful heart and end up feeling cheated. Bleah. But Evan Almighty is really a good show. I give it 4.5 out of 5 pop corns!

I'm going to watch 881 tomorrow. :) But for now, it's time to hit the books!
