E-learning week is this week and that does not mean that I don't have to go to school. Haiz. There's still tutorials to go for and tests! AArgh. It's Arsenal vs Liverpool tonight. I think Arsenal can win if Liverpool lets their guard down or make mistakes on the pitch. It's a tight but a deciding match for the young gunners.

I've been watching Kyle XY for the past few sundays and it is so interesting! Perfect for a Sunday afternoon!

Exciting weekend
Rugby world cup finals, Brazilian F1 Grand Prix, chelsea vs Middlesbrough... Wow. I hope England wins the rugby world cup, Alonso the world champion, and I'm rooting for Arsenal to beat extend their winning streak.

Saturday is almost gone when I have yet to enjoy the holidays. Haiz.

Busy Busy

Gonna be very busy this weekend. Maths tutorial, biochem tutorial, organic chem tutorial all waiting for me to complete them. On top of that still have to study for Maths Test and Organic chem. Aaargh. Plus the lab report, yes, another headache. Why am I so jumpy now? So much to do so little time. Hmm.

I was star-struck on my way home. Guess who I saw? I saw the front singer of Revalina from Live the Dream! Okkay, I'm not a big fan of him but I think he lives in my block. I THINK. Come of think of it, I think I saw him in the lift once last time. And that time, I kept sneaking many peeks at him from the side of my eyes as in my mind I thought he was such a hottie. Then, today, I saw him at the carpark! Then it suddenly dawned onto me that he may live in the same block as me!!! Woohoo! At first I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me, but when I took a few steps closer, I saw that it was him alright! without any specs though. But positive is him!

Blood donation @ NTU

Went down with Eileen today with the intention of donating blood. We were very nervous and scared of course. So we passed every medical examination until Eileen went for the iron test. Then turn out she got iron deficiency so cannot donate. By the way, I passed that. Then the person asked me to sit on the chair. The nurse so fierce lah. I told her I wanted to donate with my right arm but she said to wait as it is not for me to decide. Then she put the blood pressure thingy and ask me to keep squeezing the stress ball so that she can feel for my veins. (She haven't insert the needle yet ah! Don't panic!) As she couldn't feel any on my right arm then she went to the left. Then she told me that I cannot donate coz my veins are too fine. Asked me to exercise more vigorously and to come back next year. &^%$#@!!

Humph. The iron test thingy was quite painful lah! Then so embarassing. I sat on the chair already then had to leave. Haiz!!!! So disappointing.

According to xian, she said I have to lift more weights to expand my veins. I shall do that until december and hopefully we can all go together to donate blood!!! Overall, it was quite scary lah, seeing all the needles and all.

On my way home today, I saw soo many dead cockroaches in the void deck. One was able to defy gravity as it looked like it was dead in the middle of the wall. Except for one baby cockroach which I was tempted to step on but didn't in the end. I think the town council juz cleaned the rubbish chute but they forgot to clear the dead cockroaches. Hahaha. Juz Joking.

Bernie's party was fun. I had a great time chatting, playing those silly yet fun games and of course, eating. Please send the pictures to me hor, you know who you are!

Went to Geylang today with Badariah. We had Arnold's for dinner and the food's great. The spring chicken is good and the chips with nachos, they are one of a fast food kind. On top of that, we had rojak. We were full before we could finish everything. The light up in Geylang is nice.
