Another long day is over... Haiz... Lots of projects to do... Hopefully I can complete them before the 1 week break.

The Earthlink booths are really fun- Lots of prizes to be won... or taken away.. hahaha.... I had fun and I'm going back again... Hahahaha....

I am quite stressed!!!!!!!!!!

Latest news: I dropped COM205 for CS802- Issues in Science & Technology- something that I know nothing about!

I am so active for this sem's STARS! Hahaha... from dropping cbc933- green chem- to adding some annoymous eee course- to getting cyber security which I appealed for- to adding COM205, about public speaking- to dropping it in the last 15 minutes and adding CS802 as an elective (instead of Prescribed) in the last 3 mins. Phew!!!!!! I added it as an elective because I want to take another mod- hp802- sth that I coveted for very long and it unsettled me- for next sem... Decided to drop COM205 even though I really really really like it and I think it would help me in the future because it's quite stressful.

There is a great imbalance in the allocation for AUs for my lab because the lab is worth 2AUs but we spent close to 6 hours in the lab and my weekends stuck with excel- trying to figure out how the datas fit in to form a complete picture- most of my anxiety and stress comes from here...

I had a great time at Shyan's chalet! I had fun playing 2 truths and a lie and I revealed one of my most embarassing things that I did- which I would not reveal normally. What was I thinking? Hahaha....

The first week-Friday

I did a silly thing today. I came to school for a tutorial which was not scheduled to start! Now I'm waiting for the INSTEP talk before going for a loooong lunch before going for another lecture which is just 1 hour long. (Which I originally planned to skip- to have another day off).

A piece of good news- I appealed for Cyber Security mod and I got it! But I dunno what it is like- and there's a lecture right after the lecture that I was planning to skip. So it's good that I came afterall. Hahaha..

My timetable is okay generally- just that I have many long days. Hopefully, I can cope with the very heavy load this sem.

STARS

is such a bother! Now I'm just randomly adding UEs that can fit my timetable without even knowing what it is all about. I just changed my timetable from a 4 day week to 5 days week. Hopefully it works out... I don't like the first 2 weeks of school as I have to do so many administrative stuff that equates to lots of stress... On top of STARS, there's appeals to do, information talks to go to, new lects that u wanna take but cannot get but u have to go and see how it is etc etc... and worse still if it does not fit nicely with the timetable- meaning lots of breaks in between, going home late etc etc.... I am actually quite interested in the KitKat Investopedia but some of the talks clash with the modules. Haiz.

I taking this module that I've been coveting since last sem- HS811-issues in crime and punishment. It is actually quite deep and philosophical and requires lots of independent thinking and analysis-it's fun but will be better if it's non-examinable.

I am taking a communication studies module this sem also- it's about speech and argumentation, more about public speaking and so on and so forth. I'm not sure about this- about whether I'll be comfortable talking in front of so many people but I guess it's easier than singing right?

I just added an eee mod too.... electricity in our daily life on a whim coz there were vacancies. I wanted this mod- cyber security from eee too... but there were no vacancies... I think cyber security is cool becoz then I'll be able to understand the types of viruses and malwares and I'll know what to do then.

Hello 2009!

It's back to school tomorrow and i'm excited! But I am still having STARs problem and I hope and can get the courses that I want :) I'm torn between HS811 which I got and HP802 which I want. I want both but I dunno which is good for me.

Went to ecoparadise with Clara and Tab on fri. It was a great experience to talk about the past and to chill.
