Holidays aren't holidays when.....

1) There are 3 projects to complete..
2) Meetings to attend.
3) Tests to study for..
4) There is no time to watch Korean dramas and slack..
5) I have to go back to school..
6) I'm always on google docs most of the time
7) Looking through journals and databases
8) I'm neglecting the people around me
9) I have to keep cockroaches as pets.

Aargh...I hate this 1 week break but I desperately need it to catch up on physical chem and projects. Good news: I managed to get the cockroaches! and nope, I didn't catch them with my bare hands. I trapped them using some ingenious method suggested by a stranger. Now I have a proud collection of 5 cockroaches stored in Diana's fish tank :) I fed the cockroaches with sugee and cornflakes. Good right? Hahahaha...

I've decided against doing summer research for this hols but I'm going to try applying for no logical reason and see how. Haiz. Does this make sense?

I'm quite stressed with my Hw project right now... It's like project work all over again! Haiz. It's difficult to think of ideas that fit the project.

Visiting at Eileen's house was great. We were overwhelmed by the amount of food and I learnt how to play Dai dee and mahjong. Thank you teachers! Hahaha... Mahjong is quite addictive hahaha... I had fun winning- like xian would call it- beginner's luck. Hahaha...

We had dinner at ThaiVillage to celebrate my bro's birthday juz now and it was great! I love ThaiVillage! We had chilli crabs with mantou, sambal kangkong (my all time fav), deer's meat, Hong Kong fish (that was super good) and chicken wrapped with banana leaf. It's one of the rarest times that all of the dishes are so delicious whereby I can eat all of them. Hahaha...

I have a new toy recently and that is the PSP. It is also very addictive- I love playing drift racing- It's funny how it piqued my interest in driving and shaken my resolve not to learn to drive. I'm still not learning though. It's so fun racing and I guess it's compatible with the competitive streak that's in me. I don't think I was so into any game like this before. When I close my eyes at night I see the roads in drift racing. It must feel good to be in a F1 car...

I love get smart the movie. It's hilarious!
